Shrimp Dip

Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb. unpeeled, medium-size fresh shrimp, cooked
  • 1 (8oz.) container sour cream
  • 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 (o.7-oz.) pkg. Italian dressing mix
  • 1/8 tsp. hot sauce

Directions

  1. Peel shrimp, and devein, if desired. Chop shrimp.
  2. Stir together sour cream and next 4 ingredients in a large bowl; stir in shrimp. Cover and chill 8 hours. Serve with celery or carrot sticks, potato chips, or crackers.
  3. makes 2 cups.
