Sweet and Spicy Pecans

Ingredients

  • 2 cups pecan halves
  • 1/4 cup Kikkoman Teriyaki Marinade & Sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 1/2 tsp. ground red pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar

Directions

  1. Bake pecan halves in a 15 × 10-inch jelly roll pan at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Remove pecans from oven. Reduce oven temperature to 250 degrees.
  2. Stir together teriyaki sauce, oil and red pepper in a large bowl; add pecans, tossing to coat. Let stand 10 minutes, stirring often. Remove pecans with a slotted spoon, and arrange in an even layer in pan.
  3. Bake at 250 degrees for 20 minutes. Sprinkle with sugar; stir and bake 10 more minutes. Cool in pan on a wire rack. Store in an airtight container.
