Share Potato Soup

Ingredients

  • 4-5 lbs Potatoes
  • 1 package Frozen Vegetables
  • 1 Cup Chicken
  • 2 Teaspoons Chicken Bouillon
  • 1 Teaspoon Seasoning Salt
  • Milk
  • 3 Tablespoons Flour
  • 1/2 lbs American Cheese

Directions

  1. 1) Peel and Cut Potatoes into bite-size pieces.

  2. 2) Boil potatoes until almost done.

  3. 3) Drain off part of water

  4. 4) Add milk and flour to desired thickness.

  5. 5) Add vegetables, chicken bouillon, and seasoning salt.

  6. 6) Simmer 5 minutes, add cheese

  7. 7) Simmer another 5 minutes
