Ingredients
- 2 Cups Bisquick Baking Mix
- 2/3 Cup milk
- 2 Eggs
- 1 pound Ground beef (Cooked and drained)
- 1/2 teaspoon Cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1/2 cup Chopped onion
- 1-2 Tablespoons Chili Powder
- 1 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 2 Tomatoes (Chopped)
Directions

1) Heat Oven to 375 degrees

2) Mix baking mix, milk and eggs in a greased rectangular baking dish, 11×7×1 1/2" with a fork until uniform color (batter will be lumpy).

3) Stir in beef, onion, and seasonings; spread evenly.

4) Bake uncovered until top springs back when touched lightly in center (25-30 minutes).

5) Sprinkle with cheese and tomatoes.

6) Bake until just cheese is melted (1-2 minutes longer)

7) Serve with Taco sauce, dairy sour cream or guacamole if desired.
