Ingredients
- 1 12-oz. bag fresh or frozen cranberries (about 3 1/2 cups)
- 5 oz. dried Mission figs, coarsely chopped (about 1 cup)
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1/4 tsp. ground cardamom
- 1/4 tsp. salt
Directions
- In a medium saucepan, combine cranberries, figs, honey, cardamom, 1/4 cup water and salt.
- Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer, stirring often, until cranberries begin to burst and mixture thickens, 6 to 8 minutes. Allow to cool. Serve at room temperature.
