Ingredients
- 2 package (16 ounces) elbow macaroni
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 butter
- 1 med onion
- 4 cups Milk
- 3 cups mild cheddar
- 3 cups extra sharp cheddar
Directions

*Cook macaroni according to package directions.

*In a large saucepan, melt butter. Stir in the flour. salt, Gradually add milk. Bring to a boil; cook and stir for 2 minutes or until thickened.

*Add the cheddar cheese

*Drain macaroni; transfer to a large bowl. Mix cheese sauce and macaroni.
