Curried Snack Mix

Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp. margarine, melted
  • 1 1/2 tsp. red curry paste
  • 1 1/2 cups cinnamon-raisin-soy crisp crackers
  • 1 1/2 cups miniature popcorn snack cakes, broken into bite-size pieces
  • 1 cup bite-size pretzels

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Stir together margarine and curry. Combine remaining ingredients in a mixing bowl; toss with margarine mixture and spread in an even layer in a roasting pan. Bake for 200 minutes, stirring twice. Cool for 30 minutes. Store in a tightly covered container up to 3 days.
