Honey- Mustard Snack Mix

Ingredients

  • 1 cup crispy corn and rice cereal
  • 3/4 cup bite-size shredded wheat biscuits
  • 1/3 cup peanuts
  • 1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
  • 4 tsp. honey mustard
  • 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 1/2 cups plain popped popcorn

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Place cereal, wheat biscuits, and peanuts in a foil-lined minutes, gently st 9 x9 x 2-inch baking pan; set aside.
  2. Melt butter or margarine in a small saucepan. Remove saucepan from heat; stir in honey mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and garlic powder until combined. Drizzle butter mixture over cereal and nut mixture in pan, tossing gently with a fork to coat.
  3. Bake mixture, uncovered, for 20 minutes, gently stirring after 10 minutes. Stir in the popcorn. Use foil to lift mixture from pan; cool completely.
