Summer Fruits with Ricotta Dip

Ingredients
- 1/3 cup low-fat ricotta cheese
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. finely shredded orange peel
- 1 Tbsp. orange juice
- 1/3 cup vanilla low-fat yogurt
- 2 cups sliced nectarines, sliced peaches , cubed cantaloupe, cubed honeydew melon, cut up kiwifruit, and/or fresh pineapple chunks
Directions
- For dip, combine ricotta cheese, sugar, orange peel, and orange juice in a blender or food processor. Cover and blend or process until smooth. Stir cheese mixture until smooth. Stir cheese mixture into the yogurt. If desired, cover and chill up to 24 hours. Serve with assorted fresh fruit on skewers.
