Fresh Fruit Punch

if using a punch bowl, make an ice ring of pineapple and orange juices frozen in a Bundt pan.

Ingredients
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 cup water
- 1/4 cup light corn syrup
- 1/4 cup grated lemon rind
- 2/3 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1 quart pineapple juice
- 2 cups orange juice
- 1 (1 liter) bottle club soda, chilled
Directions
- Bring first 3 ingredients to a boil in a saucepan, stirring constantly. Stir in lemon rind; reduce heat, and simmer 5 minutes. Cool.
- Stir in lemon juice, pineapple juice, and orange juice. Cover and chill 8 hours.
- Stir in club soda, and serve immediately.
