Ingredients
- 1 lb. smoked sausage, cut into slices
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 4 medium potatoes, cubed
- 4 carrots, peeled and sliced thin
- 3/4 cup celery, chopped
- 2 15 oz. can Veg-All
- 1 11oz. can corn
- 1 can Rotel tomatoes and peppers
- 1 can chili beans
- 1 23 oz. can tomato juice
Directions
- In a large pot, brown ground beef and onion. Drain excess fat. Add remaining ingredients and salt to taste. (May also want to add 2 cups water). Cover and cook over medium heat approximately 30 minutes.
- Make a pan of cornbread, and a salad, and you have a meal.
