Ingredients
- 1 lb. unpeeled, medium-size fresh shrimp
- 1 (16 oz.) pkg. turkey kielbasa
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 lb. small new potatoes, quartered
- 1 Tbsp. salt-free Cajon seasoning
- 4 cups water
- 6 frozen small ears corn
- 3 Tbsp. Kikkoman lite Soy Sauce
- chopped fresh parsley
Directions
- Peel shrimp and devein, if desire. Cut sausage into 1/4-inch slices, and cut each slice into quarters.
- Saute sausage and onion in a Dutch oven over medium-high heat 3 minutes. Add potato and Cajun seasoning, stirring to coat. Add 4 cups water and corn.
- Bring to a boil. Cover, reduce heat, and simmer 18 minutes. Add shrimp, and cook 2 minutes or until shrimp turn pink. Remove from heat; stir in soy sauce. Sprinkle with parsley. Remove corn, and serve on the side.
