Ingredients
- 2 tbls oil
- 4-6 pork chops, cut 3/4 inch thick
- black pepper
- 2-10.75 oz cans condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 milk
- 3oz package cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 2.5oz jar sliced dried beef
Directions

Heat oil in large skillet over medium-high heat. Brown pork chops on both sides. Season with pepper.

Coat inside of crock pot with cooking spray. Blend soup, milk, cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.

Place half of pork chops into crock pot. Top with 4 slices of dried beef. Pour half of sauce mixture over pork. Repeat with remaining chops, dried beef and sauce. Cover and cook on LOW 8-9 hrs.
