Ingredients
- 1 stick unsalted butter, softened
- 3-4 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tbls finely minced fresh parsley
- 4-5 ears of corn, husked
- salt and black pepper
Directions

Thoroughly mix butter, garlic and parsley in small bowl.

Place each ear of corn on a piece of foil and generously spread with butter. Season with salt and pepper and tightly seal foil. Place in crock pot; overlap ears, if necessary. Add enough water to come one fourth of the way up each ear.

Cover and cook on LOW 4-5 hrs.
