Ingredients
- 2-14 oz cans beef broth
- 15 oz can Great Northern beans, rinsed and drained
- 14 oz can diced tomatoes
- 2 zucchini, quartered lengthwise and sliced
- 1 tbls olive oil
- 1 1/2 tsp minced garlic
- 1/2 tsp dried basil
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 cup uncooked tubetti pasta
- 1/2 garlic seasoned croutons
- 1/2 cup grated Asiago
- 3 tbls chopped fresh basil
Directions

Combine broth, beans, tomatoes, zucchini, oil, garlic, dried basil and oregano in crock pot; mix well. Cover and cook on LOW 3-4 hrs.

Stir in pasta. Cover and cook on LOW 1 hr or until pasta is tender.

Serve soup with croutons and cheese. Garnish with fresh basil.
