Ingredients
- 3/4 lb boneless lean pork, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1 lb fresh tomatillos, husks removed, rinsed and coarsely chopped
- 15 oz can Great Northern beans, rinsed and drained
- 14.5 oz can chicken broth
- 1 large onion, halved and thinly sliced
- 4 oz can diced mild green chiles
- 6 garlic cloves, chopped
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- Salt and black pepper
- 1/2 cup lightly packed fresh cilantro, chopped
Directions

Coat large skiller with nonstick spray. Heat over medium-high. Add pork; cook until browned on all sides.

Combine pork and all remaining ingredients except cilantro in crockpot. Cover and cook on HIGH 3-4 hrs.

Season to task with additional salt and pepper. Turn crock pot to LOW. Stir in cilantro and cook 10 minutes.
