Parmesan Potato Wedges

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs red potatoes, cut into 1/2-inch wedges
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped yellow onion
  • 1 1/2 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp butter, cubed
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan

Directions

  1. Layer potatoes, onion, oregano, salt, pepper and butter in crock pot. Cover and cook on HIGH 4 hrs. Transfer potatoes to serving platter and sprinkle with cheese.
