Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup dried red beans
- 16 oz package frozen mixed vegetables
- 2-8 oz cans tomato sauce
- 14 oz can diced tomatoes, drained
- 1/4 head shredded cabbage
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1 tbsp dried basil
- 1 tbsp Italian seasoning
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 cup cooked macaroni
Directions

Combine ground beef and beans in crock pot. Cover and cook on HIGH 2 hrs.

Add all remaining ingredients except macaroni; stir to blend. Cover and cook on LOW 6-8 hrs or until beans are tender.

Stir in macaroni. Cover and cook on HIGH 1 hr.
