Ingredients
- 4 cups chopped fresh broccoli
- 1 medium purple onion, chopped
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh dill
- 2 Tbsp. capers, drained
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans, toasted (optional)
- Dressing:
- 1/3 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1/2 Tbsp. sugar
- o1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
Directions
- Toss together first 5 ingredients. Cover and chill 30 minutes. Sprinkle with pecans before serving, if desired.

2 Tbsp. chopped green olives may be substituted for capers. 1/4 cup pine nuts, toasted, may be substituted for pecans.
