Shrimp Bisque

Serves 6 peopleIngredients
- 3/4 lb cooked shrimp
- 1/4 cup butter
- 2 tablespoons chopped onion
- 2 tabpespoons chopped celery
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 quart milk
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon paprike
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper

Chop shrimp. Heat butter in large frying pan, add onion and celery and cook until onion is golden, stirring occasionally. Remove onion

Mix flour with water; add to onionmixture; stirring constantly. Add milk and seasonings to above mixture. Cook on low heat until slightly thickened, stirring occasionally. Add shrimp; heat to serving temperature
