Mixed Greens with Roquefort Firecrackers

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 1 garlic clove, pressed
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. gourmet mixed salad greens
- 1 small purple onion, sliced
- 1 (2 1/4 oz.) can sliced ripe olives
- Roquefort Firecrackers
Directions
- Combine first 7 ingredients in a jar. Cover tightly; shake vigorously.
- Arrange mixed greens, onion, and olives on individual salad plates. Drizzle with dressing; top with Roquefort Firecrackers.
