Buttermilk Pancakes

I very rarely have buttermilk on hand. The following can be substituted for sour milk or buttermilk in recipes.
Add 1 tbsp white vinegar to 1 cup milk. Stir and let sit 2 min.
It’ll curdle a bit, make sure to stir it.

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 1/3 buttermilk
- 2 tbsp butter, melted

Mix flour, sugar baking soda and salt. In another bowl combine eggs, milk and butter. Add liquid to flour mix.
