Iceberg Lettuce Wedges with Blue Cheese Dressing

Ingredients
- 12 bacon slices, cooked and crumbled
- 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh chives
- 1 large head iceberg lettuce, cut into 6 wedges
- Blue Cheese Dressing:
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 (8oz.) container sour cream
- 4 oz. blue cheese, crumbled
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
Directions
- Stir together crumbled bacon, Parmesan cheese, and chives.
- Top each lettuce wedge with Blue Cheese Dressing, and sprinkle dressing evenly with bacon mixture.
