Iceberg Lettuce Wedges with Blue Cheese Dressing

Ingredients

  • 12 bacon slices, cooked and crumbled
  • 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh chives
  • 1 large head iceberg lettuce, cut into 6 wedges
  • Blue Cheese Dressing:
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 (8oz.) container sour cream
  • 4 oz. blue cheese, crumbled
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice

Directions

  1. Stir together crumbled bacon, Parmesan cheese, and chives.
  2. Top each lettuce wedge with Blue Cheese Dressing, and sprinkle dressing evenly with bacon mixture.
  3. For dressing: Stir together all ingredients.

  4. about 2 1/2 cups.
