Ingredients

• 1/3 cup sour cream
• 1/3 cup mayonnaise
• 2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
• 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
• 1 garlic clove, minced
• 1/4 cup chopped pickled jalapeno pepper
• 1/4 tsp. salt
• 1/8 tsp. pepper
• 1 (16 oz.) bag coleslaw mix

Directions

1. Combine first 8 ingredients in a large bowl; add coleslaw mix, tossing to coat. Cover and chill.
