Marinated Green Bean-and-Okra Salad with Feta

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs. fresh green beans, trimmed
- 1 1/2 lb. small fresh okra
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 6 Tbsp. white wine vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh basil
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 tsp. ground mustard
- 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
Directions
- Cook beans and okra in boiling water to cover 3 minutes. Plunge beans into ice water to stop the cooking process; drain.
- Whisk together olive oil and next 5 ingredients; pour over beans and okra. Cover and chill 3 hours. Sprinkle with cheese.
