Ingredients
- 2 cups sour cream
- 1 (8oz.) can crushed pineapple, rained
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- Dash of salt
- 4 drops red food coloring
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans, toasted
- 1 (16 oz.) can pitted cherries, drained
Directions
- Stir together first 5 ingredients in a large bowl. Stir in food coloring, pecans and cherries.
- Place paper baking cups in a muffin pan; spoon fruit mixture evenly into cups.
- Cover and freeze 8 hours. Remove from freezer, and let stand 15 minutes before serving.
