Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp. KRAFT CALORIE-WISE Zesty Italian Dressing
- 1-1/2 lb. (750 g) boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch chunks
- 3 cups coarsely chopped zucchini (about 2 medium)
- 1-1/2 cups cut-up fresh asparagus (1-inch lengths)
- 1 cup chopped red peppers (about 1 medium)
- 1 cup 25%-less-sodium chicken broth
- 1/2 cup (1/2 of 250-g tub) PHILADELPHIA Light Cream Cheese Spread
- 1/4 cup KRAFT 100% Light Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 450 g (1/2 of 900-g pkg.) penne pasta, cooked, drained
Directions

1 HEAT dressing in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add chicken and vegetables; cook 10 to 12 min. or until chicken is cooked through, stirring frequently.

2 ADD broth and cream cheese spread; cook on medium heat 2 min. or until cream cheese spread is completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring constantly. Add Parmesan cheese; mix well.

3 PLACE pasta in large saucepan. Add chicken and vegetable mixture; mix lightly. Cook 2 min. or until heated through, stirring frequently. (Sauce will thicken upon standing.)
