Autumn Chicken

Ingredients

  • 14 oz can whole artichoke hearts, drained
  • 14 oz can whole mushrooms, drained
  • 12 chicken breasts
  • 6.5 oz jar marinated artichoke hearts, undrained
  • 3/4 cup white wine
  • 1/2 balsamic vinaigrette
  • Hot cooked noodles
  • paprika

Directions

  1. Spread whole artichokes over bottom of crock pot. Top with half of mushrooms.

  2. Layer chicken over mushrooms.

  3. Add marinated artichoke hearts with liquid. Add remaining mushrooms.

  4. Pour in wine and vinaigrette. Cover and cook on LOW 4-5 hrs.

  5. Serve over noodles. Garnish with paprika.
