Ingredients
- Olive oil
- 1/4 cup dry red wine
- 6 chicken breasts, sliced in half horizontally
- 2 tsp minced garlic
- 2 tsp dried oregano
- 4 cups tomato basil sauce
- 2 tsp dried thyme
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 cup chopped yellow onion
- 2 tsp black pepper
- 1 cup chopped green bell pepper
- 6 oz can sliced mushrooms, drained
Directions

Heat oil in skillet over medium. Brown chicken on both sides. Drain and transfer to crock pot.

Add remaining ingredients and stir to combine. Cover and cook on LOW 5-7 hrs.
