Ingredients
- 3 lbs chicken wings
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup dry sherry
- 2 tsp fresh ginger, minced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup hoisin sauce
- 1 tbsp fresh lime juice
- 3 tbsp sesame seeds, toasted
- 1/4 cup green onions, sliced
Directions

Broil the chicken wings 10 min on each side until browned. Transfer wings to crock pot. Add next 6 ingredients; stir thoroughly. Cover and cook chicken on LOW 5-6 hrs. Stir once half way through.

Remove wings from crock pot. Remove 1/4 cup cooking liquid. Combine liquid with hoisin sauce and lime juice. Drizzle over wings.

Before serving, sprinkle wings with sesame seeds and green onions.
