Ingredients
- 2 medium sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into 2-inch cubes
- 20 oz can pineapple tidbits, drained and juice served
- 8 oz can waterchestnuts, sliced
- 1 cup golden raisins
- 4 chicken breasts
- 1/4 cup dried onion flakes
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire
- 1 tsp cumin seed, slightly crushed
- Cooked rice
- 4 tsp Jerk seasoning
- 3 tbsp grated ginger
- 1 tbsp grated lime peel
Directions

Place sweet potatoes in crock pot. Add pineapple tidbits, waterchestnuts and raisins. Mix well.

Sprinkle chicken with jerk seasoning. Place chicken over potato mixture.

Combine pineapple juice onion flakes, ginger, Worcestershire, lime peep and cumin in a small bowl. Pour mixture over chicken. Cover and cook on LOW 7-9 hours.

Serve with rice.
