Ingredients
- 2 lbs chicken breasts, cut into quarters
- 2 medium red peppers, cut into slices
- 1 medium yellow pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 28 oz can whole plum tomatoes, drained
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 tsp thyme
- 3 strips orange peel
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp fennel seeds
- 1/2 cup chopped basil
Directions

Place chicken, peppers, onion, tomatoes, garlic, salt, thyme, fennel and orange peel in crock pot. Mix thoroughly.

Cover and cook on LOW 7-9 hrs. Sprinkle with basil.
