Ingredients
- 15 oz can white beans, rinsed and drained
- 1/4 lb fresh green beans, diced
- 2 medium yellow squash, diced
- 2 fresh sage leaves
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tomatoes, diced
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 2 small red potatoes, cubed
- 8 cups water
- 2 leeks, sliced lengthwise into quarters and chopped
- 1/4 lb uncooked penne
- Grated Romano
- 1 carrot, peeled and diced
Directions

Combine beans, squash, tomatoes, potatoes, leeks, carrots, green beans, sage, salt and pepper in crock pot. Add water. Stir well. Cover and cook on HIGH 2 hrs, stirring occasionally. Turn crock pot to LOW. Cover and cook 8 hrs. Stir occasionally.

Turn crock pot to HIGH. Add pasta. Cover and cook 30 minutes.

Garnish with Romano cheese.
