Lemon and Herb Turkey Breast

Ingredients

  • 1 split turkey breast (3 lbs)
  • 1/4 tsp dried rosemary
  • 1/2 cup lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp dried sage
  • 6 garlic cloves, minced
  • salt and pepper
  • 1/4 tsp dried parsley
  • 1/4 tsp dried tarragon
  • 1/2 cup dry white wine

Directions

  1. Place turkey in crock pot.

  2. Combine remaining ingredients in small bowl. Pour over turkey. Cover and cook on LOW 8-10 hrs.
