Ingredients
- 1 lb flank steak
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 1 medium onion, cut into strips
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1/2 cup salsa
- salt
- 2 tbsp chopped cilantro
- 2 tbsp fresh lime juice
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 small green pepper, cut into strips
- 1 small red pepper, cut into strips
- flour tortillas, warmed
Directions

Cut steak lengthwise in half, then crosswise into thin strips; place meat in crock pot. Combine onion, 1/2 cup salsa, cilantro, lime juice, garlic, chili powder, cumin and salt in crock pot. Cover and cook on LOW 5-6 hrs.

Add bell peppers. Cover and cook on LOW 1 hr.

Serve with tortillas and salsa.
