Ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 1/3 cups sugar
- 2 sticks unsalted butter
- 4 eggs
- 15 oz can solid-pack pumpkin
- caramel sauce
- vanilla ice cream

Coat crock pot with nonstick spray.

Whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, pumpkin pie spice, and salt in medium bowl. Beat sugar and butter in large bowl with mixer at high speed until pale yellow. Add eggs, one at a time, beating at low. Beat in pumpkin. Add flour mixture, beat until smooth. Spread evenly in crock pot.

Cover and cook on HIGH 2-2.5 hrs. Drizzle caramel sauce over cake and serve warm with ice cream.
