Ingredients
- 1/2 cup flour
- 2 Tbsp. paprika
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. black pepper
- 4 lbs. deer ribs
- oil for frying
- sauce:
- 3/4 cup catsup
- 3/4 cup water
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 1 tsp. chili powder
Directions
- Sift flour, paprika, salt, pepper; roll ribs in flour mixture. Fry ribs in oil until browned.

For Sauce:
- Combine all ingredients in saucepan; bring to a boil. Place ribs in a baking dish; pour sauce over ribs. Bake at 350 degrees for 2 hours.
