Ingredients
- 2 eggs, lightly beaten
- 1 3/4 cup eggnog
- 2 Tbsp. bourbon
- 1 Tsp. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- I graham cracker pie crust
- Garnish: whipped cream, chocolate curls, optional
Directions
- In a medium bowl combine eggs with eggnog, bourbon, sugar, vanilla, nutmeg, and salt. Whisk until well combined. Pour into crust to within 1/4 inch of rim.
- Bake 35 to 40 minutes at 350 degrees, until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean. Refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.
- Garnish with dollops of whipped cream and chocolate curls if desired.
