Ingredients
- 1 (8oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1 (3oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1 1/2 cups frozen whipped topping, thawed
- 1 Tbsp. light rum
- 1/8 tsp. ground ginger
- 1/8 tsp. ground nutmeg
- 1/8 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 3/4 cup tropical fruit salad, drained
- 1/3 cup chopped fresh or canned pineapple
- 1/3 cup chopped fresh papaya (optional)
- 1/4 cup flaked coconut, toasted
Directions
- Beat first 8 ingredients in a large bowl at medium speed with an electric mixer until smooth.
- Fold in fruit salad, pineapple, and, if desired, chopped papaya; chill at least 2 hours. Sprinkle with toasted coconut.
