Ingredients
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 1/3 cup canola oil
- 3 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp. finely minced fresh parsley
- 1 tsp. mashed or minced garlic
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
- 1 head iceberg lettuce, chopped
- 2/3 cup freshly grated Romano cheese
Directions
- Combine first eight ingredients in a jar; shake well. Refrigerate 24 hours for best flavor. When ready to serve, toss lettuce with dressing and cheese.
