Ingredients
- 2 pkg. (4oz. each) Baker's Semi-sweet chocolate
- 1 pkg. (3oz.) Jell-O Strawberry Flavor gelatin
- 1 tub (8z.) Cool Whip whipped topping, thawed
- Suggested coatings:
- Toasted Baker's Angel Flake coconut
- powdered sugar
- finely chopped pecan,
- grated Semi-Sweet Chocolate
- unsweetened cocoa powder
- colored sprinkles
Directions
- Microwave chocolate in large microwavable bowl on high 2 minutes or until chocolate is almost melted, or until completely melted.
- Add dry gelatin mix; stir 2 minutes until completely dissolved. Cool to room temperature. Gently stir in Cool Whip. Refrigerate 2 hours or until mixture is firm enough to handle.
- Scoop mixture into 1-inch balls; place on waxed paper-covered baking sheet. Refrigerate 1 hour. Working with a few balls at a time, roll in your choice of suggested coatings.
- Store in airtight container in refrigerator.
