Turtle Bars

Ingredients

  • 1 (12 oz.) pkg. Nilla Wafers
  • 3/4 cup butter or margarine, melted
  • 1 (10oz.) pkg. semisweet chocolate morsels
  • 1 cup pecan pieces, chopped
  • 1 (12 1/4 oz.) jar caramel topping

Directions

  1. Place vanilla wafers in a large heavy-duty zip-top plastic bag; crush with a rolling pin to fine crumbs.
  2. Stir together vanilla wafer crumbs and butter; press into bottom of a 13 × 9-inch baking dish. Sprinkle with morsels and pecans. Drizzle with caramel topping.
  3. Bake at 350 degrees for 12 to 15 minute. Cool in pan on a wire rack. Chill 30 minutes. Cut into 1 1/2-inch squares.
