White Chocolate Peppermint Fudge

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 (12 oz.) bags white chocolate chips
- 1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, cut into pieces
- 1 tsp. peppermint OR vanilla extract
- 1 cup crushed peppermint candies, divided use
Directions
- Line in 8-inch square baking pan with parchment paper, leaving some overhang on two opposite sides.
- In a double boiler combine the white chocolate chips, condensed milk and butter. melt over low heat, stirring constantly. Remove from heat, add extract and half of the crushed peppermint cadies.
- Pour mixture into prepared pan and sprinkle remaining candles over the top.
- Refrigerate 2 hours or until set. Cut into small pieces before serving.
