Fried Rice

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/2 cup pork, cubed, cooked
- 1/2 cup whole small shrimp cooked
- 1/2 cup chicken, cubed, cooked
- 1/2 cup peas
- 1/2 cup bean sprouts
- 1/4 cup white wine
- salt to taste
- 8 cups cooked rice
- 1 Tbsp. thin soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp. thick soy sauce (found in Oriental markets)
- freshly ground black pepper to taste
- 1 Tbsp. sesame oil
- 1/4 cup green onion, chopped
Directions
- turn wok on high; when very hot, add oil. Add egg, scramble in wok until firm. Add meats, vegetables, wine and salt. Stir-fry 2 minutes to heat ingredients. Add rice and remaining ingredients. Stir-fry about 4 minutes.
