Fried Rice

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1/2 cup pork, cubed, cooked
  • 1/2 cup whole small shrimp cooked
  • 1/2 cup chicken, cubed, cooked
  • 1/2 cup peas
  • 1/2 cup bean sprouts
  • 1/4 cup white wine
  • salt to taste
  • 8 cups cooked rice
  • 1 Tbsp. thin soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. thick soy sauce (found in Oriental markets)
  • freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • 1 Tbsp. sesame oil
  • 1/4 cup green onion, chopped

Directions

  1. turn wok on high; when very hot, add oil. Add egg, scramble in wok until firm. Add meats, vegetables, wine and salt. Stir-fry 2 minutes to heat ingredients. Add rice and remaining ingredients. Stir-fry about 4 minutes.
