Ingredients
- 1lb chicken sausage, casings removed
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 2 stalks celery, diced
- 7 oz package uncooked chicken-flavored rice and vermicelli pasta mix
- 1/4 cup slivered almonds
- salt
- black pepper
Directions

Brown sausage in large skillet over medium-high. Drain fat. Add rice and pasta mix to skillet; cook and stir 1 min.

Place mixture in crock pot. Add broth, celery, almonds, salt and pepper to crock pot. Mix well.

Cover and cook on LOW 7-10 hrs.
