Chicken Parisienne

Ingredients

  • 6 chicken breasts, cubed
  • salt and pepper
  • 10.75 oz can condensed cream of mushroom
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 2- 4 oz cans sliced mushrooms
  • 1/2 cup white wine
  • 8 oz sour cream
  • Hot cooked egg noodles

Directions

  1. Place chicken in crock pot. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and paprika. Add soup, mushrooms and wine; mix well. Cover and cook on HIGH 2-3 hrs.

  2. Add sour cream during last 30 minutes of cooking. Serve over noodles.
