Ingredients
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 cup beer
- 1 large Vidalia onion, diced
- 1/3 cup honey
- 4 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1/3 cup diced green chiles
- 1 1/2 to 2 lbs ground turkey
- 3 tbsp chili powder
- 28 oz can crushed tomatoes
- 3 tbsp hot pepper sauce
- 10 oz frozen corn
- 3 beef bouillon cubes
- 15 oz can kidney beans, rinsed and drained
- 1-2 tbsp flour
- 1 tsp curry powder
Directions

Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-low. Add onion; cook and stir 5 minutes. Add garlic and stir 1 minute.

Add turkey to skillet; cook and stir. Drain fat.

Add remaining ingredients; stirring until mixed. Transfer to crock pot. Cover and cook on LOW 8-10 hrs.
