Ingredients
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 3/4 tsp. cinnamon
- 6 bananas
- 1 oz. rum
- 1 oz. banana liqueur
- vanilla ice cream
Directions
- Combine butter, brown sugar and cinnamon in electric fry pan or chafing dish. Cook on low heat about 5 minutes or until well blended.
- Add bananas (sliced lengthwise, then in halves) and cook about 5 minutes, basting with sugar mixture. Add rum and liqueur, ignite run and pour mixture with pieces of banana over vanilla ice cream.
