Ingredients
- 32 pieces chicken wing drums and flats
- 1 cup chopped red onion
- 1/4 cup dry sherry
- 1 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp chopped ginger
- 3/4 cup light brown sugar
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- chopped fresh chives
Directions

Preheat broiler. Broil chicken wings about 5 minutes per side. Transfer to crock pot.

Combine onion, soy sauce, brown sugar, sherry, ginger and garlic in a large bowl. Add to crock pot; stir to blend. Cover and cook on LOW 5-6 hrs.

Sprinkle with chives to serve.
