Vegetable Fettuccine

Ingredients
- 8 oz. Fettuccine noodles
- 3 green onions, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 cups broccoli, cut up
- 1 Tbsp. water
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 3/4 tsp. dried basil
- 1/4 tsp. dried oregano leaves
- 1 tomato, cut into wedges
- 3 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
- 2 Tbsp. skim milk
- 1 Tbsp. margarine
Directions
- Cook fettuccine noodles as directed on package. drain and rinse in cold water. Set aside. Combine green onions, garlic, broccoli, water, salt , basil and oregano in 1-quart microwave safe casserole. Cover with casserole lid.
- Stirring once during cooking time, cook on high power, 3 to 4 minutes, or until vegetables are bright green. Add tomato, cheese, milk, margarine and noodles. Mix lightly; cover. Stirring once, cook on high power, 2 to 3 minutes, or until heated through.
